App services
Through the app you can:
- Manage your membership
- Book training sessions
- View your access status
- Enter the gym
User obligations
The user undertakes to:
- Provide accurate information upon registration
- Not share their account with third parties
- Use the app and gym only in accordance with established rules
Personal passes
All passes (day tickets, monthly passes, memberships) are personal and may not be transferred to another person. Users are also not allowed to let third parties into the gym without permission. If misuse of a pass is detected (e.g., transfer of access), the club has the right to suspend or revoke the access without refund.
User rights
The user has the right to:
- Receive accurate and up-to-date information about the gym's services, pricing and house rules
- Use purchased services according to the selected package and applicable terms
- Provide feedback and submit complaints related to service quality or user experience
- Contact the club for clarification or guidance
- Request correction or deletion of personal data in accordance with the GDPR
Gym rules
- Return equipment! Dumbbells and plates must be returned to their place after use
- Keep the gym clean and behave respectfully
- Indoor sports shoes are mandatory. Barefoot or open shoes are not allowed
- Use a towel on benches or disinfect the surface after use
- The club reserves the right to change prices and packages
- CCTV monitoring is used for security
- Only liquid chalk is permitted for hygiene reasons
- Dropping weights or damaging equipment is prohibited
- Do not disturb other users with your actions
- Children under 15 are only allowed with adult supervision
- Intoxicated persons are not allowed in the gym
- Training is at your own risk. Inform the trainer of any injuries or health issues
- Only authorized personnel may provide services in the gym
- Theft will result in a permanent ban and no refund. Damages must be compensated
- Lost and found items are stored for 14 days
- Repeated violations or intentional property damage may lead to access termination without refund. The club has the right to claim full compensation for damages
- The club is not responsible for personal belongings or accidents
- The club is not liable for illness or accidents not caused by its actions
- All guided training sessions are conducted by certified instructors. The club is not liable for services acquired independently or from external providers
- Please report any damaged or broken equipment to the staff
Health condition liability
The user confirms awareness of their health condition and is solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of workouts. Consultation with a doctor before starting is recommended.
Force majeure
The club is not responsible for service interruptions or damages caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, pandemics, governmental restrictions).
Notifications and information
All official announcements (price changes, updates to terms, etc.) are made via the app, email, or social media. The user is responsible for keeping their contact information up to date.
Technical issues
If a technical error occurs in the app (e.g., access not working, booking not saved), please report it immediately. The club is not responsible for damages caused by unreported issues.
Payments and access
- Monthly and daily passes are subject to fees and valid according to the selected package
- No refunds will be issued in case of rules violation or theft
- The club has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access due to violations
Personal data processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policy and data protection laws.
Limitation of liability
MLTREENING MOTIONS OÜ is not liable for:
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Damages caused by the user
- Health incidents that are not directly caused by the club's actions
Changes to terms
MLTREENING MOTIONS OÜ reserves the right to change the terms with prior notice via the app or email. New terms become effective upon publication.
Final provisions
All disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be settled in Harju County Court under Estonian law.
